Simply Pilates works in partnership with Epsom and St Helier Maternity Service and I have specialised in Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates.
The classes help you cope better with the aches and pains of pregnancy, improve your posture and get you back into shape after the birth of your baby.

Ladies in the 2nd and 3rd trimester are asked to bring along a pillow for support and 3rd trimester only, a large Pilate ball.
Free parking on site.
Equipment is provided apart from a mat. This is client preference for hygiene reasons. These can be purchased very cheaply from large supermarkets or online.
The thicker the mat the more comfort!
