Hello, my name is Caroline Reid and I teach mat based Pilates at Ruxley Lane Church in Ewell, Surrey. I also work in partnership with Epsom and St Helier Maternity Service and I teach Antenatal and Postnatal Private 1:1 Classes.
I have a wealth of experience personally and professionally. I am qualified at Level 3 mat based Pilates and the specialist area of antenatal and postnatal exercise, certified by the YMCA.
